1. Open the SNEEX nicotine pouch tub - break the seal that is around the can, it's perforated for easy opening.
2. Grab a SNEEX pouch and give it a gentle roll between your fingers to loosen the contents of your pouch, preventing any hard clumps.
3. Place a SNEEX pouch between your upper lip and gum at one side so it's comfortable, you can use your tongue or finger to manoeuvre the pouch.
4. Leave it in place, the nicotine is absorbed - don't chew, swallow or suck.
